Great customer service. The only couldnt able adjust the tilt system for the tv mount it was actually very simple. I guess they dont get enough training. But people are very nice and helpful.

Great job! GS took down old TV and mount, installed new mount and reprogrammed Harmony remote.

My Samsung 65" Smart TV was installed by excellent, highly skilled technicians. My new TV works great paired with Samsung phone, WiFi and Mohu Antennae. I give their technical service 10+++++!

Agent was courteous and knowledgeable. He hung the 85” tv all by himself, as his partner accidentally went to the wrong address! He listened to where we wanted it placed and it worked great!

Michael and mitch were amazing. Super fast and explained everything. Comcast wifi blows. Has trouble connecting to my TV. Using an ethernet cable. NOT BESTBUY OR GEEKSQUADS FAULT. They need to catch up in the technology end for this 4k TV.
