Two ladies showed up to remove my old tv from the wall mount and dispose of it along with the old wall mount. Then the ladies mounted a new wall bracket and installed my new tv. Also they connected my new soundbar. They also organized and managed all of the wires and cables sonit was neat. These ladies did an amazing job. They knew exactly what they were doing. They were very thorough and went over and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and to my liking. They also assisted me with any help or questions that I had. I have never been so happy with someone coming to my home to install and set up electronics or equipment. I also wish to have these ladies help me in the future with new purchase. Also being a Total Tech member I have peace of mind of knowing if anything goes a miss they are here to help and repair items. With no out of pocket costs to me. I am also covered for any new deliveries to my home and any installations and extras are also included. It's worth every penny.

Excellent. Had Geek Squad install a 65" Samsung Frame TV. I had prepurchased a Samsung OEM UL Listed in-the-wall power supply cord, and Geek Squad was pleased to see that so that they could completely put all wires/including power through the wall. Superb installation utilizing the flush wall mount included with the Frame. Looks like a piece of art!

I had no idea who to turn to for mounting my TV. I purchased the total tech plan. The Geek Squad techs were Awesome. They were easy and fast to schedule. They asked questions to make sure I got what I wanted and where to mount the TV. They were knowledgeable, friendly and communicative about the project. They made sure I understood how to operate what was set up and that I was comfortable with the technology before they left. It was awesome watching my new big screen TV comfortably. The two agents who showed up on time called me before they got here I am on the 7th floor in my building I did not know if I had metal or wood studs so they brought a mount with them just in case it Turned out they were wood so they installed my full motion TV mount they did an excellent job very clean and knowledgeable about the products they install

The mounting service was excellent. They were professional, timely and overall it was a great experience. We had a tilting issue and the technician met with us right away and showed us how to adjust the tilt if it happens again. We will definitely be using Best Buy in the future for other mounting needs and services, thank you!

I was very impressed with service we received in my home. The technician was very accommodating to our request and where we wanted to mount. There's no way I could of installed it up as high as we wanted and he made it look easy. He did a great job installing the mount and even though this is the second LG TV I've owned he went through set up and discussed the things we can do on our TV. I will definitely do this again when I need to mount another TV.

Install couldn’t have been easier!! They came with my TV and started by inspecting the wall and finding the studs. Then drilled only the holes they needed to drill to install the mount then after the mount was installed both technicians lifted the heavy TV onto the mount. They were professional and kind. They answered all of my questions and the process couldn’t have been simpler. They were even willing todo things I wanted todo.

Cannot say enough good things about these guys. I had two different sets of men come out and each is polite, informative, smart, clean. They do not waste time, yet you never have the impression that they're rushing to get on to the next job. They listen, and they know their tv's!! The appointment time and follow up until they come are all a joy to deal with.

Excellent service today we had Josh , last time we had Matt and Angel for installing and hanging our 55 inch TV . They were so thorough , efficient and extremely knowledgeable. When we bought the TV we thought the install price seemed a bit high, it after our experience it was worth the money. You are lucky to have such wonderful employees

The installers were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They installed the TV and sound bar perfectly for our viewing and showed us how to use them both. We have an older model multi-movement mount which I didn't want to replace. They were happy to disassemble and reassemble it to accommodate the new equipment, which probably ruined their schedule.

Agents mounted our device and were helpful with our questions on getting to know our new TV . Friendly and professional. They were not hurried and took the time to make everything ready to go. We appreciate this service. Thank you
