The agent not only gave me a lesson on how to operate a smart tv but had in stock an optical cable for my receiver. Both agents that came to my house were knowledgeable and extremely cordial. Keep up the good work.

It is connected to the wall secure so far. I don't think it will fall off of the wall. The installers found studs in the wall before they mounted they mounted it.

Mounted and installed very quickly, but didn't explain what they were doing or how to change anything, and there's no manual. They installed with HD channels only, but I've found that there are MANY channels that are available but I can't access them and I don't know why. Not sure if they limited it to HD channels. In addition, I told them not to activate the smart features, but now I have no idea how to change that. I liked Geek Squad originally, but Best Buy has taken away features and barely reduced the price. I recommend finding out exactly what you get for the money before buying.

The Geek Squad tech was great. I think his name is Jordan. He was extremely professional, neat, and respectful of our home. A great Best Buy representative.

I had 2 Wilmington Geek Squad members mount my 75" TV in August and they were fantastic. So professional, so well-trained, very skilled, and they truly went above and beyond in the service. I will definitely use Geek Squad again, well-worth every penny.

The Geek squad arrived promptly as arranged. They did a great job mounting the TV and soundbar as well as wire management. Then cleaned up the area before leaving.

Mounting went well, but connecting to newly installed, but unterminated coax was a bust. They tried though, so A for effort. Had to have the cable guy (who was fantastic) come to the rescue!

I have done my fair share of mounting and I can tell this one was going to be difficult, highly recommend them this if you don’t have at least 2 more people available to mount it.

The agents were great! Geek squad mounted my TV, installed it and made sure all aspects were working including app logins. They made it easy and quick so I didn't have to worry about anything.

The installer came out and installed 2 TVs. The work was done, and it was done right. This service has never let me down, and I will continue to use it until it does. Thanks again for the flawless install.

The geek sqaud (Zach from my local store) did a great job to install a mounting kit for my 32" bedroom TV. They also delivered and set up my main big screen TV and did a fantastic job with all the set up features. Thank you !

This installation was for my *82' Samsung tv... They arrived on time and mounted it in less than 15 minutes. They did a great job and cleaned up the mess as well!!!!
