The Geek Squad team came in and set up my 82inch TV in less then 2 hours. They were professional and respectful of my place, and went above and beyond my expectation making sure everything was connected and working properly

The geek squad guys showed up and really saved the day. They mounted my new big screen and it looks perfect. It feels good to know they did things the right way and I don't have to worry.

These guys are great at what they do and pride and actually seem to like there job unlike some delivery and install places they very trustworthy and responsible as well as they respect your home .

The Geek Squad text and email the day before as a reminder. That morning called and let us know they were on the way. So prompt and efficient they were extremely professional hung the tv perfect could not ask for anything more. Keep up the great work

The Geek Squad technicians were very nice and made absolutely sure that I was pleased with the placement of the TV prior to drilling the holes in the wall. I helped very little and questions were answered with patience and kindness.

Geek Team who installed my TV was very professional. Trained, experienced. They arrived timely. Finish the installation quickly. No mess around and showed/demonstrated use functions before they left.

The TV is working well and has several features I did not have in my previous TV, but the Geek Squad service was outstanding. I watched with gratitude that I did not have to mount the TV myself, and they were finished in about an hour and explained the start up.

It was very nice what they did, they installed my tv. The only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t hide the cables.

I bought a 75” TV to replace 65” wall mounted model. My cables were in the wall. Due to the larger size of the TV and the location of the TV input jacks, the rxisting cables were not long enough. They did not bring any additional cables/extenders to complete the setup. The told me I would have to buy additionsl cables, buf they would not return to complete the setup. Seems to me that having additionsl cables in the truck to complete an install would be an obvious supply for installers of TVs should bring to every job. I did not get what I paid for.

Relatively painless, they were quick and efficient

Fast & easy. Arrived on time as indicated by emails & tex. Worked together and remove old TV and installed new TV on 35 minutes.
