The guys installer the T.V. above the fireplace. The did a great job and took the old TV away. They explained everything about the television

TV is mounted well, no complaints about tv and mount, but there is very bad communication between best buy and geek squads. Had worst experience with these guys!

but the mount purchased was substandard. Therfore it was not a problem with the techni ian but with the mount that was purchased to have the television mounted on. Iam considering purchasing another bracket for the televion to be mounted on.

Geek Squad handled the installation of the wall mount, which fits perfectly and uses 100% of the space available for the TV. Mount is solid and stable, and puts the TV screen exactly where it needs to be for full coverage for everyone in our living room.

The installers arrived on time and were professional and courteous at all times, They connected the TV, to my receiver, verified that the speakers worked and checked my universal remote to make sure it was setup correctly.

The Geek Squad was really good. They helped us as much as possible since we are new to streaming. There was a couple that were outstanding who really cared and wanted to teach us about the streaming.
