arrived on time following a phone call to confirm the address and service. They installed 2 wall mounts and tv's in about 2 hours. Set up the tv's and the remotes and went through all the features/functions.

The two-man team arrived promptly, donned their China-virus protective gear, and got right to it. Very courteous and professional. Explained the various controls, answered questions. Couldn't have asked for more.

We hired Geek Squad to install our new tv. They were prompt and super nice. They talked us through using the new tv and recommended additional items to maximize our tv viewing experience.

The entire TV install went perfect, from the mount itself to the actual TV. I thought of another store, but I’m glad I went to Best Buy. The installers were very respectful and very clean.

They called in advance of the appointment. After the discussion they are unable to install the bracket on our fireplace due to the material/bricks. The appointment was canceled.
