While the Samsung 85-inch TV I bought from Best Buy has been fantastic—great picture quality, and the installation process was smooth with friendly technicians—there's one thing I found disappointing. When I purchased the TV, I was told that unmounting it and mounting it at a new house would be free if I moved. However, now that I’m relocating, I’ve learned they want to charge for this service. It feels misleading because this wasn’t communicated upfront during the purchase. It’s a great TV, and the installation team did a good job initially, but I think they should be clearer about additional costs when it comes to services like this. Something to keep in mind if you're considering this purchase!

They came in delivered the TV, hung it and took the old TV and even the Box the TV came in. Saved me a lot of time. The cost was reasonable for the time I would have spent doing it my self.

i bought a tv and needed it mounted geek squad came out and mounted it perfectly and the guys were very friendly it was a wonderful experiance

I wouldnt recommend purchasing due to being expensive. Better to ask your neighbors for help

Mounted TV and made connections. Got surround sound working correctly, Which it hadn’t for some time. Got Nintendo Switch connected.

The installers were professional, went above and beyond with the install. They explained everything to me giving opitions, I didn't some of the hardware but the techs did, making the install smoother.

I was very pleased on how professional they were. They did a great job of mounting the TV, setting up the internet, and connecting the components. The guys pared the remote to work all the components. Then they show me how to work everything. Nice guys
