The techs were professional and installed the tv wall mounting with no issues. Showed me how to use the remote; synched it to my other remote; took boxes, packing with them!

"Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and go somewhere else." The mounting itself was done well. However, the process was not worth it at all. I took off work to be available and they no showed. Not only did they no show, but they couldn't even be bothered to let me know they were running late and would not be there. I called to check and was told to wait longer. So we did. We missed a couple of planned events to make ourselves available. It was well past the original scheduled time frame. Still nothing. Called again and was told they wouldn't be out until the next week. Not once did I receive a call. Not even when I was told I would be called back. After sharing my frustrations with the no call, no show I was told I would get a gift card for my troubles. This would have helped to make the situation right had they actually followed through with it. I was told the card had to be physically mailed and could not be emailed. Also told that it could take up to two weeks to get the card. So two weeks go but still nothing. So I called to check and they informed me that there has been a problem with the card. Instead they are going to credit my original card back. This would take 7 to 9 business days. So I wait. Big surprise, my card is never credited. It's been well past the estimated time. So I called and after getting passed around to different departments, no one can seem to help me. Several hours and several disconnects, I get nowhere. Not once had Best Buy reached out to me to try and make this right. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and go somewhere else.

Service is fast and quality if service is superb! Recommend this to everyone especially if you plan to add another tv. Worth the money.

Mounted TV and connected speakers. Took the time to show me all the remote and tv features. He made cutting the cable cord much easier transition.

My husband waited for them to ask about our firestick being installed before putting on the wall and I got involved trying to help installers get the charter tv installed so she forgot. Tried calling to get someone to come out to put in in the TV but couldn’t get past the machine.

The agent did his job. I was disappointed when I learned that installation was not free. That was one of the reasons I became a Total Tech Member.

This mount is very sturdy! Best buy Geed Squad initially installed it but Iv'e had to move it twice and the mount is made very well and I am very happy with it!

The installation and set up was perfect and informative. They answered all our questions and explained everything with patience!

William was very helpful in remounting our tv to the perfect height for our living room. He even went as far as hiding our wires. He was extremely nice as well as taking the proper safety precautions.

Very professional and didnt leave a mess. A little pricey. I think they shouldn't charge $199. A little on the expensive side in my opinion. I have no problem with the service. My issue is the installation price over $200.
