The installers did everything they could to make sure that the installation was perfect.

The Technician impressed as highly knowledgeable and competent. He kept us informed of the progress and issues in a way that inspired our confidence in his capabilities. The technician explained the various controls and made helpful suggestions regarding equipment requirement which would improve the quality of the picture. The work was completed in a timely manner and the work area was tidy at the conclusion of the installation. We were very pleased with every aspect of the job.

the installers were great. they were contracted by best buy. the company rescheduled my appt twice. I ended up missing an entire day of work over this. once they showed up, they di a great job. hung the wall mount and tv, connected my devices, moved my old tv for me and reconnected it. glad I did this. money well spent. I just wish the company best buy contracts this to had showed up the first time. that is what prevented five stars.

Very good picture, easy to set up and convenient. We went to the store looking for a different brand bur once we walked past this we were sold! You don't have to have a cable box or fire stick!

The agents were amazing! They were very professional, complied with the new policies, pertaining to the pandemic, and they were punctual, as well. I scheduled my appointment with Geek Squad for June 30th. I received a call from them, that morning, informing me that they were on the way. They were quick, but careful. They listened to my instructions, about where I'd like the TV to be mounted, and when I hesitated, they stopped, and gave me the time to think about it. (You don't want your TV too high.) Well, it was too high. This was on me. I was so excited about the new screen, that I didn't pay attention to the height. After a few days of gaming, my neck was sore. I called them, and they came over a few days, later. They re-mounted the TV, and again, were very professional. Their attitudes were comforting, as I'd be kind of annoyed to come back, a second time, but they were really great. I never felt like I was inconveniencing them with my questions, or concerns. I have zero complaints; they are the true experts. Hands down, this is the best in-home service, that I've ever had. I would, gladly, recommend Geek Squad to anyone because of my experience. The Geek Squad was great and well worth the $99 special that was part of my tv purchase special. They mounted my tv, ran the wires thru the wall, ( with purchase of some add-ones, wire kit and mount). They were there for a few hours, answered all my questions, went over everything about the tv and didn’t leave until done. These large tv’s with mini led’s are heavy and would be a challenge for most to hang. I recommend the install to eliminate damaging an expensive tv like an 85” mini led. Great investment.

Very friendly service, they came in quicky and professionally and did the same as the left. Lots of details throughout the mounting process and they even programmed our cable box remote to our tv. They also mentioned they have a removal service in case you're looking to exchange or remove your TV. Will definitely use again when needed and highly recommend.

I highly recommend this product for the installation of any large screen T.V. The technicians were very professional and the service was amazing. They showed up on time as scheduled and properly mounted the T.V. to the wall. They cleaned everything up and hauled off my old T.V. and all the boxes.

The agents showed up within the time window Best Buy provided for me. They communicated effectively and very quickly mounted the TV to the wall. They were kind, funny, and knowledgeable about TVs and mounting techniques. These guys are honestly professionals and you can trust them to take good care of your electronics.

The mounting service was excellent. They were professional, timely and overall it was a great experience. We had a tilting issue and the technician met with us right away and showed us how to adjust the tilt if it happens again. We will definitely be using Best Buy in the future for other mounting needs and services, thank you!

To whom it may concern: The agents that installed my tv's were great. They were nice and friendly and real easy to communicate with. They were very knowledgeable about what they were installing and hooking up. They were fun to work with. I would recommend them to everybody that neefs an install.

It’s definitely worth the $$ to have the Geek squad install the mount, attach the large tv, and custom set the Samsung settings to improve the picture quality for you room’s condition. Having a smaller Samsung that I had set up 6 months ago, I thought I could have handles the settings myself, but the Geek squad taught me some new things.

Can’t say enough about these guys ! I purchased a 98 in television , they called that morning and asked if I’d be interested in being the first delivery I was between 10 and 2 , oh yes !! Three gentlemen came delivered it to my condo and proceeded to install my mount and television in no time ! They made all the adjustments color sound etc and it sits perfectly on my wall I’m grateful that I had nothing to worry about , the install the packing no mess like they had never been here and I had this magnificent television on my wall ! Thank you Best Buy

The Geek Squad techs were knowledgeable and courteous, and they did a very professional job mounting and setting up the TV, connecting it to the HT devices, and hauling away the old TV for recycling.

These guys came in and mounted 2 of my TVs. One a 55 inch and the other a 65. Quick. Clean. Respectful. Please make sure when they come they are actual Geek Squad and not some independent contractor Best Buy sub contracts with. If they knock and they are not Geek Squad send them back !
