Delivery and install were right on time and met my expectations. My problem is that the TV has no hard copy manaul for it or the remote,internet is nearly as good or usuful as a hard copy manual.

The agents installed my TV and hooked it up for me. They installed Thermostat and showed my how it worked. They cleaned everything up when they were done. They were very informative and professional.

Technican was awesome. Did the job extremely well. Cleaned up after himself and explained everything he did. Also explained the features on the TV and also showed us some things unique to the TV, such as extra channels and features.

All devices hooked up and the agent ensured everything worked prior to leaving. he answered all of my questions completely and made sure I was happy.

They did exactly what I wanted them to do. I wanted to make sure the tv was centered on my wall, and everything was connected properly. When the TV was not perfectly centered they took the TV off the wall and moved everything to ensure it was correct.

Sound very poor, needs sound bar better then a $225 one. Color good for the sale price, under $300 including tax delivered and set up.

The crew measured and place mounting bracket at my direction. TV was then mounted and had a degree of adjustment even while locked into bracket.

I bought a new TV at Best Buy online, I had it installed by local my Best Buy. The guys were on time, polite, professional and neat. They showed me how to use all the features of the new TV. It was the type of service I wish to see everywhere.

Agents had to move old tv wall mount up 3 inches redrill holes for tv bracket and remount they cleaned up plaster dust when done and tv bracket very nice job
