Geek squad did an amazing job wouldn’t think twice about getting them to my house for anything they are the bomb.

Agents mounted TV just fine but dropped one of the metal supports and damaged the hard wood floor, did not spend any time explaining to new remote, seemed in a hot rush to get to the next instal

Great device. It gets the TV off the bureau and let’s me hide all the connections. Tilts and moves so that it is square to our visual path from the bed.

Geek Squad installed my new TV nicely. They were professional and on time (even early) and were nice people. Unfortunately I am not savvy with technology and I can't get the TV to work after I used a Blue Ray disc. So I am stuck.

This TV mount worked out great. It’s heavy weight and supports our 65” TV. Even can adjust height to a couple different levels. The Geek Squad put the mount together & totally set up our TV.

Very satisfied. But remote is very small and only a few buttons. But we use an universal remote so we just put the remote away labeled for TV. We love it.

Great mounting, Fits flush up to the wall with a nice tilting and angle. Make sure you have a big room to install, will look awkward in a small room.

My experience with BestBuy from start to install was great. The Geek squad is awesome. They helped me through some tech issues whem i was learning new devices. Couldnt be happier.

The guys were terrific-arriving punctually, completing the work in less than 2 hours, cleaning up-all the while being courteous and wearing Poe, following social distancing. Great experience.
