The agents discovered that there was a problem with the new TV so they took it back after scheduling another appointment. They returned on time and completed the installation with a replacement TV that is working fine.

This is the mounting kit to go with. It allows side to side movement as well as up/down movement. The best thing is the space the unit gives you if you need to add/delete wiring. One can actually do so things with the allowable space.

This was one of their first installation under the new virus procedure. They were very respectful, trained in the new procedure, and were very informative, I have not needed to call back for assistance.

The agent mounted and installed the TV quickly. I also asked him to hook up the Fire Stick. Unfortunately, he left before I realized, the Fire Stick was still in the box on the chair. The TCL television is clear and easy to use.

The company that installed and mounted my TV was a contract company working with Best and not a member of the Geek squad. He did a good job of installing my wall mount and TV but did leave me with cleaning up some of the debris and mess.

I opted for the Geek Squad installation to do the wall mount for the new TV that we purchased. They arrived on time as per the schedule and completed the installation within an hours time. It would have been better if they had done a better job at hiding the wires and not kept it tangled all over behind the TV stand that we had.

The guys were awesome, gave me great tips, and took their time doing a proper install. Even arrived early!(and they called to confirm that this was okay) great job!

I hadn't done this by myself before, so hired Geek Squad to take care of it (as well as deliver the TV). It was 82" or else I would've tried it myself, but they did a great job. Even went so far as to help organize my mess of DirecTV wires.
