The Geek Squad installers were very professional and cleaned up at the end of the job. I was pleased that they even connected the TV to the internet and provided a short tutorial.

The geek squad set up my TV. Alison did a great job. Also gave me additional pointers I didn’t know existed in getting some stations.

I was disappointed that I couldn’t add my component audio receiver. Is their an adapter to add to my Comcast cable box so I can connect via RVA jacks?

The techicians did an excellent job BUT remember one thing, installing a TV above a fireplace is extra cost. It pays then to enrol in the geeksquad package - you also get (as of now) 20% off any extended warranty for the TV.

The team that set us up was excellent! Very qualified, helpful and friendly. Answered our many questions without judgement on our lack of technical knowledge. Spent the right amount of time to get things right.

They arrived and didn’t have all the parts even though I told customer service what mounts I needed. Tech went back to store and got parts and brought them back.

Technicians installed our new 65 inch Samsung TV quickly and answered all of our questions on startup and remote control operation. They also made sure after installation cleanup was complete before leaving.

Very happy with the install. I like the tv up higher and not on a big tv stand taking up floor space. Then I found a small table for the cable box etc. installers were very friendly and accommodating. It was worth the install money.

The agents were very prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. They did exactly what was needed displaying professional courtesy and sharing some key points that would have taken "days" to dis cipher otherwise.

Geek Squad hung my tv and got it up and running; a bit more difficult since receiver, etc., are behind the wall inside the closet! Very professional and talented!

They were voth very polite. Very nice. My issue is, that they didn't even try to instal my wall kit. He called me the Day before, to tell me that they may not be able to do it. But they didn't even bother looking at it, to try. There is already an outlet there, and a HDMI installed. But I wanted another one there. Didn't even try, or even look to see if it could be done. I paid for it. Bought a kit, because the salesperson said that they would be able to do it. I don't want them to get into trouble. But I was pretty disappointed that they didn't even try.
