    The agents you have sent 3 out of 4 times in the last two months have been great. the problem is the one time the geek squad came, they suck...... please don't ever send them

    Although they didn’t get it right the first time, the finished product was great. The guys were not rushed and explained the tv features to me.

    There is no way I could have done what the two technicians did to set up the tv and the soundbar.

    The agents were excellent. They arrived on time. Delivered the TV, installed it on the wall and connected it. They also installed the older TV in another room.
