The Total Tech Geek Squad Team was AMAZING!!! I was completely satisfied with them and would highly recommend them.

Mark, of Geek Squad, installed the wall mount and TV. He set it up to work with the components we were needing. Felt very comfortable with him in our home. Was very pleased with his work ethics and he cleaned up after himself.

The geek squad guys did a great job delivering and setting up our 2021 Samsung Frame TV 55” in our bedroom. They were on time, clean and quick. Thank you!!!

Not a big fan of the installers. They were courteous but attempted to sell a cable that was not needed and provided no introductory training to the customers. We expected more from the $250+ service. Also, the mount was never installed.

Took a very short time! I thought they would also hook up the components but they told me that would be another appointment! They never do it at the same time! Nice guys I think they wanted to get to lunch!

2 guys came to deliver and install our mount, tv and sound bar. They were very professional and easily explained the options and possible upgrades I could have chosen. Kept the space tidy and even threw away the 65" tv box for me.

The tech came at the designated time. Performed the required job and was very diligent with cleaning up and working with all manners of covid regulations. I was very happy with the service

We love our TV and sound bar. We were helped to make an informed decision by the Samsung rep who made sure we got all promotional discounts. Set up was flawless.

The guy was hear on time and mounted the "mount" and installed the TV efficiently. My Handy Man helped me with installing my streaming services on the Roku TV.

Geed squad service is excellent. I have visited for my Mac and Dell laptops. They have great technicians who dissected the problem nicely and fixed it.

Technician Matt was very helpful, installed my TV , answered all my questions.. help me with Remote..
