The gentleman that installed my tv was great and really fast. He put the mount right where I wanted and my tv looks great

The Geek squad came on time. Took down the old mount and TV, replaced with the new mount and 55" TV. Showed us how to use the remote. Were very respectful and did a great job.

Friendly service. Took the time to answer all questions. Set everything up and explained how to use the equipment. Timely, and exceptional service at a reasonable price!!

The agent mounted the tv and it was well done. Prior to the agent calling, he asked if it was over a fireplace and I mentioned yes but the fireplace is not in use. We were charged an additional fee for mounting the TV on the wall over the fireplace. The task was quick and wouldn't have been any different if it wasn't over the fireplace. I'm rating this a 3 star because of the hidden fees.

You should put this guy in charge of the whole operation. Highly competent and very courteous. (Something that’s missing in today’s society)

Excellent service! They arrived on time and were extremely helpful! I had previously had the Geek Squad come out and install another TV and after this time, I'll continue to have them come out and install the other TV's too.

Guys were courteous, but do not expect a lot. Basically located the studs and threw it up. They did not hide power cords or cables in the wall as sold to me at Best Buy. That came with an additional cost for additional equipment.
