The agent was able to hide the wires with a kit for a reasonable fee. He didn't try to push the kit on me, he just let me know that it was available. The agent was very tidy and kind.

The technician was very careful and competent. Not only did he call ahead on the day of service, but also called a few days prior in order to familiarize himself with my expectations.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job mounting my TV and soundbar. They hooked up the DVD player also. They hung it above the fireplace and did a good job covering the cables. We were very pleased.

The guys were great. They explained everything well realizing I’m old and not “with it “ when it comes to new devices. They were more than polite and patient.

Did not properly program the DIRECTV to my device. When I called to ask them to send someone to rectify the situation, they refused. This is not my first experience dealing with Best Buy on an issue like this and I literally hadn’t dealt bought anything from them in many years because of their poor customer service. I finally decided to give them another chance and I’m so disappointed. I won’t be doing it again. It’s not because mistakes were made, it’s because they don’t stand behind what they do to make them right. Paid a premium price for sub par service.

The guy came from Best Buy his name is Marcin . He is so nice guy. He mourns my tv so fast and he too friendly.

The Geek Squad came on time and mounted my Sony TV; everything was connected properly. In fact, the young men explained everything to me very thoroughly!!. They were very cordial also!!

After the 3rd time of making an appointment the gentleman who came out to actually perform the service was awesome. Previous to that, we had a delivery guy call from the road to tell us that he was unable to mount the tv, had to call to make another appointment. that group a week later brought the tv and then said they were not able to mount it and took the tv back to the truck. We had to call again, and wait another week. This geek squad person was able to help us and we got everything resolved. 4 weeks of making appointments got us a $50 gift card for our troubles.
