The installers were very professional and polite. They were not in a hurry and were very careful when mounting our 75" TV. I definitely recommend Geek Squad for your TV mounting.

Adam did a wonderful job in mounting our tv. He moved it from the living room to the den. Very neat, cleaned up after him self. The Geek are great.

The geek squad was awesome. Very professional, informative and helpful when asked question. They knew what they were doing.

T.V. installation for my 82" Samsung was quick and professionally installed. The only downside was the timing. I choose from 9am - 12pm but they came a little later after 1:00 pm. Other than that both installers were knowledgeable and guided me with my tv setup.

The technicians were very efficient and friendly. They were on time. A very good experience.

The consultant came to the house on time, clearly indicated what we needed. The installers were professional and accurate and answered all of our questions.

The two gentlemen arrived a little early for their Friday appointment and got right to work. They had the TV set up, tuned in and everything ready to go in a very short time. I have hearing aids and they are hooked up to the TV. My wife uses the surround sound, there is a lag between my hearing aids and the surround sound which makes me hear an echo effect. I called the installers (as instructed) on Monday and again on Wednesday, that was a week ago and still nothing.

I would highly recommend trusting the Best Buy experts to mount your tv. They are early and on time and very thourough with their work and are patient about your concerns with where your tv goes on the wall.
