Guys who installed did a great Job. Had trouble with geek squad customer service. Had to call mutiple times.

once we got an appointment that part was difficult but once the appointment the techs team that came were great.

The agent was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was very efficient. He was very mannerly and he cleaned up everything behind himself.

If you are comfortable with your AV system, this service is great. The technicians did not assist with network set up with this level of service. If you can add the TV to your network save money and use this service.

Tech did requisite job of hooking up tv and sound bar replacing former tv to drop line cable and mount purchased in 2013. Definitely was not a DIY for me.

We needed this service because the TV was too big for us to mount. The installer tried to upgrade us to the deluxe install, and he succeeded. The process was good, but we had to cut some wire ties after they left in order to fit the wiring in our cable channel cover that was installed previously.

I could not be happier about the excellent job the Geek Squad guys did with the mounting and setup for my new Sony 55" TV. These guys know what they're doing and actually care about doing it right. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Ebony is the best tech! It took three times to get me set up properly. She is knowledgeable, can offer ideas, a wiz at programming, and practices safe guards against COVID.

Tim was great and professional. you knew exactly what to do you know what type of chords I needed he set up everything perfectly explained everything he was a true gentleman.

Addy did a wonderful job taking care of our hookup and resolving issues with the operation of our remote.

Mount fits perfectly, swivel well and pivot correctly for my angle since the tv is mounted high.

This TV was replacing a smaller TV and it is awesome and the price was well below what I have paid for smaller TV's in the past. The Geek Squad Service was great.

They installed the T V and had to move the mounting bracket in record time and reconnected the sound system.

Did good job of installation but failed to set up a single remote control for TV. Told me it was not possible to use one remote. I set it up shortly after the technician left.

I’ve read some mixed reviews when it came to the TV installation, overall the pros that came in were in and out in about 20 minutes. It was a job well done! Couldn’t be any happier !

Just a very good job buy the young men that came out to put my TV mounted on my wall love it more room and I am very pleased with the workmanship
