It was really good for the TV that we bought with it. Really liked that this could be used for multiple TV sizes, and installation was simple. Would recommend.

I was really happy with the great job Geek Squad did with mounting my television. I truly appreciated how they also asked for my input on where the television would be mounted rather than just doing it without my say. They thoroughly explained how to move the TV, use the TV, and answered any questions I had about the utility of it.

This smart tv is great!....clear picture & great sound. The delivery agents were knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. They mounted the screen on the wall and set everything up with no issues...very nice guys. We are 100% satisfied.

The agent easily mounted and set up my tv right where I wanted it. I am pleased with the installation. The workers are always careful, polite and friendly. They have not let me down yet!

The agents (Jackson and Ben) installed my TV and attempted to connect it to my DIRECTV service. Unfortunately it required an on-site service visit from DIRECTV. The agents were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Excellent work. we're very satisfied with their service.

Everything was mounted and hooked up professionally by the Greek geek squad sidenote, I schedule an appointment three different times had a lot of issues with the phone services with Best Buy is very unfortunate but all in all after the third appointment the guys came out melted my TV and made sure everything Was properly taken care of. That is all.

What seemed to be a simple request turned into a cluster of mistakes. The original job I asked for was to remove a 65" TV and mount and relocate it to another room in the house. I spoke with the Geek Squad service Rep when scheduling, explaining the two jobs I needed done. She told me how it would be done and how much billed. Two installers arrived at 7:45 AM (On schedule). Unpacked the new 77" TV, Best Buy full mobile wall mount and installed them where the 65" TV was. The lead installer was a Ukrainian with good English skills and his partner (with no English skills) obviously worked together for quite a while. They installed the mount and the TV exactly where I planned for it to be, connected the peripheral equipment and the in home router and it all come up very well. This team really knew their stuff and were finished within an hour or so. As for the Ukrainians when scheduling. No fuss, no surprises and no additional expense. High praise for the personable, experienced and competent team. I highly recommend although I don't recall the guy's names. The 65' old TV still sits on the floor of my family room uninstalled because the 2nd Best Buy team who came at 12:30 of "Jose" and his partner arrived said they were here to move a TV. I told Jose the TV has been moved by the competent team in the morning and is just waiting to be hung and plugged in. No cabling, no connections to the internet or sound system. Jose looked at me like I was a Martian and said, "We only move the TV...not install it. The team this morning should have installed it." I tried to explain what I had asked BB to do and Jose wouldn't budge and do the work. Jose and his coworker left without entering my home. Whomever scheduled this job did not communicate the scope of the work to their installers. The Jose team spent 2 minutes on my doorstep and left. I was billed $59.99 for these guys.

We were extremely satisfied with Technician Codi B. He was extremely professional, patient and informative. He was also very kind to our inquisitive three year old son. He completed the job of installing a tv mount we’ve had boxed for 11 years with ease. He mounted our 50 inch and reconnected all our devices. He inspected and took pride in his work upon completion. We love the outcome!

The agent installed a wall mounted TV efficiently and cleanly. He arrived on time, followed safety protocols, and asked my approval on positioning before finalizing installation. He also provided basic user instructions on the streaming platform and ensured all my questions were answered before leaving.

They knew how to install my 77 inch TV over the mantle and sound bar on the mantle correctly. They got it all hooked up and operating like it should. and set up great. This was a wall mount so I had to have a handy man put in the electrical outlet about 28 inches above the mantle before the instillation, They did a great job.

The guys were amazing. They were prompt, polite and professional. They answered all of our questions and concerns. After they completed the installation, i had a question about the picture quality and they returned that day to double check that all was set up properly. So pleased with the Geek Squad.

The tv delivery and mounting was done all at the same time. The agents that did the mounting and connection picked up the tv and brought it with them. Very professional, pulled up one of my streaming apps so it was easy for me to access.

Being an engineer, I was very skeptical of using the geek squad, but even as an engineer, there are some things I really don't want to do. For example, replace an already hung TV and get all of the surround sound cables connected as well as run new HDMI and optical cables to the new TV. I was pleasantly surprised, my Geek Squad team was very professional. In this time of COVID, they made it a point to where their face masks and keep their six-foot distance, which made my family feel very comfortable. Their professionalism didn't end there, they explain the process, got my feedback on where to mount the TVs and literally worked so quietly with a drill and all that they didn't even wake my wife who was sleeping in. I expected the work of mounting two TVs and setting up the new system would take all day and it only took 3 - 4 hours, which I think was amazing considering all they had to do. Needless to say, I have a different view of using the Geek Squad for installations, they did an amazing job and we are still happy. Wait, did I mention not having to clean up after them, they not only cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, they took the empty boxes with them. Great touch!!

The agents mounted and connected my new TV to the existing system. They were courteous and knowledgeable, taught me everything I needed to run the show and we had a few laughs along the way. Great stuff.

Tec's Garrett & Adam were very knowledgeable & were prepared for almost any problem! They dismounted my old tv & installed new one quickly & efficiently! They were patient and understanding! They cleaned up after the job.

The Geek Squad partners who mounted and set up my new 60 inch TV worked with both industry and smarts. They mounted the TV on a brick veneer wall above a fireplace mantle. I had a hanging bracket in place for the set I replaced, but because the new TV was bigger, they had to take the bracket down and re-position it. No problem for this crew! They had the right tools and the right experience to do the job efficiently and thoroughly. Furthermore, they were incredibly friendly and pleasant to deal with. They had to make a follow-up visit a week later because of an issue not related to their initial installation, and even though they weren't immediately able to resolve the issue, they researched patiently for over an hour and consulted by phone with one of the product vendor's trouble-shooters to find out what I needed to do. I got the answers I needed, they didn't charge for the follow-up visit, and I got to visit with them a second time. They will always be welcome in my home, either as Geek Squad techs or as plain old social company. I'm satisfied that the $199 set-up fee was money wisely-spent.

After a bad experience receiving a TV from a rival company that was damaged and had to be returned (still going through the return process almost two months later!), I decided to have the Geek Squad deliver and install my 75-inch TV. I was pretty sure it would get done quickly and properly, and if there was a problem, it could be addressed right away. There was no problem with the TV that showed up, and YES and YES to quickly and properly. Three guys showed up in two different vehicles - right on time. They called the night before and also as they were on their way. These guys really knew what they were doing! They positioned the TV on my wall exactly as I wanted it, took time to explain the features of the TV and the remote, set it up with my wifi and the whole 9 yards. In addition, they all wore masks and booties inside my home, they were respectful, patient, friendly and competent. I wouldn't hesitate to use the Geek Squad again, especially if it's a complicated install - like hanging a 75-inch TV on the wall and making sure it works as advertised with your wifi, cable service or whatever you have.
