The two agents that installed my TVs were very professional and courteous and went the extra mile. I didn’t think that type of service still existed. I’m very grateful.

Having the total tech support is a bonus as the costs to have stuff done are low. my only issue is that the sales staff arent as knowledgeable as the tech so i ended up having to purchase stuff from the tech and returning stuff which i didn't need which is a customer service nightmare

They couldn’t install my mount over my fireplace couldn’t find the studs and neither could I all good very nice and professional young men

Geek squad refused to put new mount up on brick. Connected speakers but did not put in back of tv but in cable. Cannot get sound for youtube or facebook. Said didn't have a long enough cord but went down to other tv and found it. Said we didn't need it that for our purposes the cable was good enough. Sound not in sync and can't adjust with cord in cable box. Can't find the hole in back of tv with current setup. Seems the team does not receive the copious notes left for them so they arrive not prepared to do work. would like to get the sound hook up changed. after several cancellations finding the situation interminable

The Geek Squad did a great job mounting my new Samsung tv. They made sure I was comfortable using the remote. I would say the service was quick and thorough.

I brought in the Geek Squad to install and mount the new 43" Samsung TX since I didn't want any wires showing. The TV was installed using wireless receiver mounted to back. Plan executed and a job well done.
