Great Samsung 65” tv that was installed by Best Buy geek squad which was installed quickly and professionally.. Very pleased overall with Best Buy and Geek Squad.

The delivery guys set things up quickly, I was a little disappointed that they just said my DVR would no longer plug into my tv without explaining what I needed.

Upon entering my home they covered their shoes. They got the job done and would not accept a tip for their services. I am extremely pleased and would recommend GS to family and friends.

The guys fixed an issue with my modem and gave me good info on a product we may need in the future.

The crew installed the mounting bracket, hooked up connections and mounted our older 60 inch TV. They made sure it was working correctly. I only had to enter logins for accounts.

Geek Squad does not communicate directly with Best Buy and together the two looked like clowns at a circus. I returned my purchases of $3,000 because of the customer abuse I took with 2 failed attempts to install a 65 inch picture frame TV over a 4 week period. The customer focus of Best Buy is so lacking as they do not even allow a customer to call the store. If is to not "waste time" for the workers good job as I saw a min of 6-8 workers in blue shirts walking around doing NOTHING while I went to the store after the first failed attempt to install the TV given I could not call anyone. I will NEVER buy anything at Best Buy again and will certainly air this awful experience on all forms of Social Media. IT was abuse and a real Hostage crisis. Best Buy should be ashamed of how they treat customers after the sale!!!! Good thing there is a return policy!

Quickly setup my tv and did it the right way this time instead of putting it ontop of my sound bar like the last people did.

I just purchased a hp all in one computer and I love it. Haven't purchased a computer since 2007 so I was due for a new one. Am extremely happy with my purchase.
