Both gentlemen we very polite. Trash was removed and space was returned the way it was. More training could be done for installing without a stud.

Clean, thorough installation process by technician. Took a little longer than anticipated, but primarily because he was left to work by himself to mount a 60 flat screen and wall bracket. Ultimately I was satisfied with the installation and would not have wanted to attempt to install on my own.
