The agents efficiently installed the mount and placed my TV on it. I was glad that Best Buy offers this convenient service — saving me from having to hire someone else for the tasks.

Vinnie and his asst. arrived on time, waited while the Samsung rep. worked on my tv, answered my questions, and did a fine job dismounting and mounting my tv.

They were toward the end of the time we were given to expect them but they also called ahead to tell us they were running a bit behind. Once they arrived they accomplished the task quickly!

They did a great job installing the 70" TV without any issues. My only complaint was they hung the TV too low and was unable to adjust it after it was up. I would have liked it about an inch or two higher so it wasn't nearly resting on the picture frames sitting on the cabinet underneath.

The agent mounted my 82" Q80 Samsung TV and connected it to my Comcast router. He was very courteous and made sure I knew how to operate the remote to get full use of my new television.

The Geek Squad crew were great, they arrived near the earliest time they were scheduled and did a great job. One problem is that one ethernet plugin is partially covered so the cord can not be plugged in. Will call to have the wall mount moved so will call to get that fixed.

Technicians were great and customer friendly. Service was efficient, clean and well done.

The guys did a good job mounting the TV, however, not all components (Blu-ray) were set-up for audio using my existing home theater system. I had to have Geek Squad come back out to remedy. This was done timely and without add’l cost.

Great mobility! Arms can swing wide left, right, up and downwards. Love it.
