    The geek squad agents did a good job & were professional & personable. I think there is a problem with the sound bar & sub woofer that I hope they will adjust when they come to calibrate.

    The guys were great that delivered the tv it just was broken when they took it out of the box and still hasn’t been replaced from Best Buy.

    Geek squad service to mount our 65" TV on the wall is money well spent. They also hooked everything up, made sure it was all in working order and showed us how to navigate with the remote.

    Two nice guys from Best Buy came and set up our new LG TV. We were also shown how to use our new voice remote. They also hauled off our old dead tv.

    Had the Geek Squad wall mount my old LG 60" YV and my new Sony 75" TV. Excellent results. I am concerned that they might have used drywall anchors in lieu of studs for my new TV mount.
