The Geek Squad agent was terrific. He was knowledgeable and very skilled. This was our second installation. The first was with a 3rd party non-Geek Squad person. Terrible.

The process was good except for the long range of hours that the installation was going to take place. They had to come 3 different times for the same issue. And I still haven’t had a resolution.

Very pleasant and professional. The functions on the remote for the replacement TV is not working like it did with the first TV purchased. Not sure what to do.

The guys were SUPER polite, very knowledgeable & the mounted the TV & connected the soundbar fairly quickly. I wish ALL deliveries were this efficient. GEEK SQUAD is THE BEST!!!
