Used Geek Squad to install. This was a gallery (flush) mount "55 OLED TV. The kit worked perfectly.

They installed my tv and did a great job, personel was friendly and explained everything. They clean up after.

I was scheduled the week after Black Friday to install a frame tv. My wife took off from work a half day to be home for installation. At the end of the day installers were a no show no call. Upon talking to customer service I was told it was the manufacturers fault for not having inventory. After talking to the manager at my local Best Buy I found this to be a lie. We finally got it installed a week later which did go pretty smoothly. We really like the tv but the customer service was very bad. All they would compensate for my wife missing a half day was a $50 gift card and never to ownership for what happened only tried to make excuses…

I have had Geek Squad for well over 12 years. I would not know how to to get by without it. Great service and well worth the bucks.

Geek squad is the best. Clean, friendly and do the job right. I wouldn't by any electronics without them installing them.

This was for the mounting of my new TV. I provided a new type of mounting stand. they read the directions and went to work. Another good jab when completed.

They did a great job of mounting the tv bracket and hsnging the TV. Only issue was the first tv eas damaged but they camd right back with a good one
