The agents mounted my tv perfectly and professionally. They consolidated my remotes, connected all of my devices and we could not be more pleased. Excellent job

The installers were friendly. My only 2 regrets: they didn’t show me how to adjust the tv on the mount and they offered to hook up my sound bar but charged me another $50 for that easy work. Overall though, it was nice to have it done professionally.

the initial installation wasn't met. two day later my tv was mounted on the wall but there was cord left dinging. The geek squad arrive 3 day later to clean the issue from the 3rd party installation

Dude did a great job mounting the tv. They wasn’t able to finish because they were sold out of the wall out let box to conceal the wires in the wall but he told me now to solve that and that he would come back and fix it and he did……like FOUR WEEKS LATER! It wasn’t the installer’s fault. It was Best Buy’s fault. I was supposed to get the cables out inside our walls the next weekend, which I was told we were scheduled for but nobody showed up. I called and they apologized and said they accidentally didn’t get me on the schedule so they scheduled me for the next weekend. Again, NOBODY SHOWED UP. I called and they said no one put me on the calendar. I CALLED AGAIN and was told I was on the calendar for the THIRD STRAIGHT WEEK IN A ROW. And somebody finally showed up. Took two days off work for nobody to show up for two straight weeks. Customer service was atrocious. The worst I’ve ever experienced. I won’t deal with that again.
