Technician was on time, clean, neat, knowledgeable and quick.

The gentlemen were very thorough in attaching the new tv to the wall. They also moved the old tv upstairs to my bedroom.

The installer came out, installed the TV and realized that the TV screen had a dark spot. He told me what to do, who to call, and 5 days later i Had a new TV and they installed it great

The Technicians did a great job installing our TV and answering all the question we had about the remote and TV. Great couple of guys to work with!

TV Connect & Mounting - 56” and Larger, as advertized, was trouble finding my totaltech account but it was taken care of.

Left it in their hands and installations were handled very quickly. Had to replace some equipment as it wasn't digital, but other than that, everything went smoothly and works flawlessly.

Dismount & mount of new TV was fine, but the setup was marginal. Not familiar with IPTV, which uses the Wi-Fi. Had to schedule a service call with Grande/ Astound to complete setup. Have had good experience with Best Buy and Geek Squad in the past, but not this time.
