a team came to my house and mounted my new tv on the wall, connected the remote and answered all my questions. Very friendly

The agents took down my old TV and mounted my new one and hooked it up to my devices. They showed me how to use the remote. They were so gracious

They monted our tv in no time and were very helpful.

The tv mount was hung on my brick wall. The Geek Squard measured exactly where to drill and had the equipment they needed. They remove all the packaging trash and had everything in place.

The two men did a great job installing the TV rack and setting up my devices. They were professional and cleaned up afterwards.

This install took two attempts. The final install was great. If I could give a 0 Star I would - 1000% FAIL by Bestbuy for On-line purchase. First attempt TV was scheduled to be delivered and installed by a BestBuy 3rd party vendor who failed to show up. Had to cancel order and re-order at the store and the final delivery and installation was weeks late despite me contacting BestBuy numerous times to try to mitigate. In the future if I need install, I am going into store where there are people who are accountable.

I enjoyed the service that I received for your install team. They installed a 65" flatscreen unit.

The agent arrived on time and went right to work. He was fast and very thorough and complete. He did a complete set-up and explained all the feature of the TV

The techs showed up on time and did the job quickly and professionally. They even fine tuned my tv which they didn’t need to do since it wasn’t a new TV setup.

Installer was excellent. His skill, courtesy and friendliness were a model for all installers to emulate.

The team that installed my tv and wall mount were wonderful. Did not explain how to remove tv from wall mount. Other than that they were very helpful.

The guys did a great job in mounting (over the fireplace) and setting up my TV and existing Bose sound system to it. Also set up the internet and Netflix on the TV.
