Geek Squad worked well with the 75" Samsung tv and mount. Easier to install against an inside wall with studs of/at different widths.

They did an ok job. In terms of fastening it to the wall securely and fastening it to the tv securely, and being professional: 5/5. But the other part of it that they didn't do so well, is that you really have to start with where you want the tv to be, in all 3 dimensions, and then work backwards from there to position the mount. They didn't do that, and It ended up in kind of an awkward, less than ideal location imo. And of course once you've positioned it, there is really no changing it.

I watched as they worked and Geek Squad set it up to make it easy for me to switch between programming and how knowledgeable they are at their business.

The bracket is strong and reliable! A member of the Geek Squad installed professionally.

The mount is not bad. It keeps the tv close to the wall. Only thing is we originally wanted a full motion mount but they sold us this one said it would be better. With this mount it is pretty hard to plug anything in because not much room behind it.

I am so happy that I chose geek squad setup and delivery. The installer was prompt and knew what he was doing. My tv and soundbar was setup and working in no time. Great job!!

The two men who mounted our tv were very friendly and professional. They explained everything in detail and were very helpful.

Agents did not accurately credit my account for upgraded TV and accessories I did not need. Also, he did not correctly program my remote, and did not correctly complete TV set up. Had to have Best Buy agent return, and then had to have my cable company come and ultimately fix problems. Very disappointed. Not satisfied. Not worth $249.00 installation charge. Also, telephone customer service help marginal, system was not set up to allow them to make adjustments and corrections.

My husband loves it..It was a Christmas gift to him.
