We delayed delivery and set up so we could be on Geek Squad’s schedule. When a third-party installed arrived with our TV, I was extremely disappointed. The installed did install the TV and closed the ticket even though he was unable to set up the headset as requested. Called the store at 8 pm when we discovered the headset was too advanced for the tv. Put on hold twice for a long time. Could have come to the store, bought a new headset that night. But with the long holds, time ran out. The next day I bought a new headset and optics cable. Set up another headset install appointment. The job was finally completed, but with many unnecessary delays.

Excellent job. We had a problem selecting the height. Now that we have been watching tv for a couple weeks, we wish the mount was 2 inches higher.

We had an install scheduled for a Wednesday afternoon (between 12-4 PM) but the techs never showed up - I still don't know what happened. Even their supervisor at the store didn't know where they were. But, the store worked with me to make it right and the install ended up being rescheduled for the following Friday morning. They arrived around 0930 and executed a competent install. I'm a bit OCD about organizational things and I was pleased they made a good, level mount install. They also showed me how to make minute adjustments to screen rotation and made sure I retained the original mounting hardware for the old display. Pleased with the install so far, after the initial drama.

Clean and seamless blend into the decor of the house. Made it much easier to keep the lines of the room smooth.

The scheduling and process to arrange for the delivery and mounting of four TVs worth over $6K was horrible. The Geek Squad that mounted the televisions were professional and spot on.

We could never have done this ourselves. Sean not only mounted the TV and set it up with our cable box, but minimized all the "hanging wires" into one which looed so much neater,
