The technician came in before the scheduled time and set things up quickly. He explained how the set up works and knew his works inside out. He was an excellent with his service and very concerned customer’s needs. Thank you so much for proving such an amazing installation and being a great helper!!!

Geek Squad was incredible. My larger TV was delivered a week before installation. The day before my two TV installs (smaller was initially to be picked up and brought with the Geek Squad member), I got a call that the TV was not available, and I'd have to have a second install date for it. My Geek Squad guy got to the store on the Saturday to pick up the soundbar...he realized he couldn't pick up the TV because it wasn't there so he worked with one of his coworkers to have the coworker pick up the TV from a different store. So all in all, one day, two TVs and one soundbar all installed! Great work by your team. Apologies I don't have the gentleman's name, but he and his buddy were great!

Mounted 100+ lb 75 in TV to the wall and connected new PlayStation 5 to existing receiver and speakers. Everything done cleanly and efficiently. Included removal from wall and disposal of old 55 in. Only complaint was wainscoting prevented included in-wall wiring installation, requiring high additional cost.

Chris, the Geek Squad Technician and his assistant were most professional and answered all questions fully. They advised me as to what they were doing each step of the installation. They placed the TV at the height and centered as I requested. They also mounted the TV to the wall and connected my VHS/CD unit and my security camera box to the TV. They tested all connections to ensure they were functioning. They were exceptional in every aspect of their job performance and dealing with my questions.

The tv mount is excellent. I can pull it out to install anything to the back of my flat screen. I can then push it back and it would be flush with my wall. The Geek Squad did a great job installing the mount to my wall.

The agent mounted my tv and connected everything. He took his time and showed me how to navigate the tv. I’m extremely pleased with the serviced provided by the agent named Kushtrim, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Gus and his helper were very friendly and knowledgeable. They mounted my tv and when I decided to upgrade to another, they replaced the first with the upgrade and explained how to use the tv remote untill I understood it. They were great!

Geek squad came and mounted my big screen TV to my wall- they did a great job!!! Communication was excellent about arrival and they were on time! Would definitely recommend Geek squad to mount tv- I did also purchase the in wall mount kit which is a must have!! Looks great!!!

The agents took their time to mount and basically perfect the way you should be watching television in our bedroom and living room. Joshua went the extra mile to explain and set up living room TV. Extremely pleased with the service from Geek Squad .

The agents were on time, professional and mounted two tvs to our specifications perfectly. They adjusted the cords as much as possible to have them be clean and/or hidden when possible. We've now had 3 tvs mounted by Best Buy Geek Squad and they were great every time!

Simply the Best (in Midwest Lingo) - Wicked Awesome (in Boston Lingo) - The two Techs called to see if I still wanted their service, hours after their scheduled window for delivery and setup. They had an extended day of doing things for customers that wasn't planned. When they arrived, they scoped the wall, the old TV, and took pictures of how the components around the entertainment area were setup. They unpacked, wipe clean the new TV, and before you could say, "The Geek Squad is the Best (Buy)" [See what I did there?], my new TV was up and running with all components properly attached and running. While one Tech was cleaning up, the other taught me the new clicker and what it could do. Five stars aren't enough for what they went through and accomplished!

I have used Geek Squad services a number of times over the years. I have always been completely satisfied with their work and this most recent service is no exception. The technician Dominic was prompt and and very knowledgable. He was friendly and answered what questions that I had.

I had Best Buy's Geek Squad to my home three times to set up my new TV and Sound Bar due to issues with my Xfinity Cable Box. Each Technician was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Each man went above and beyond to get my TV system working.

I purchased a new TV to replace one that was storm damaged and the Geek Squad provided white glove service in setting up the larger TV, adjusting the mount accordingly, and setting up the functions on the TV. Once done, they packed up all the packaging and debris and carried it away. Chris B always does great work!

Geek Squad service for handling this stuff is great - and I've recommended this to many people! It just makes sense: They do stuff like this all the time. So you know it's gonna be done right, and it's gonna be done quickly.

I definitely enjoyed their professionalism. They quickly called to confirm their arrival. They unpacked the items with care, set about their tasks, and cleaned as they went. They were very friendly and offered to help set up any devices I wanted, as well as making sure my TV was mounted securely. They were surprised at such a large TV to be mounted, but they stepped up to the plate and made sure my TV was secured, and ready for use. Money well spent
