The technician from Geek Squad was great! He patiently waited for me to go the hardware store to purchase the the right size bolts that were needed to mount the TV on my stand. Initially Best Buy offered us a third party company for an earlier delivery/installation date but they were unreliable. The third party canceled with us 3 times. As a result, we were very close to canceling our purchase Best Buy should only use Geek Squad!!

The team called me before arrival to confirm the time and address. They were very professional and efficient. IN fact, they were patient with me when I first used the TV remote to connect the TV to my WIFI.

Best Buy team came to my house to help set up my tv. They were extremely professional and did a fantastic job. They also helped me install a roku so I could stream my cable app downstairs so that I didn’t have to use cables which would have looked terrible in my living room. Also had great sense of humor!! Highly recommended

I had a new 83 inch TV installed and my old 55 inch plasma taken down and mounted on a new full motion mount in the bedroom. The Agents arrived within the arrival window and even called 30 minutes before arrival to make sure I would be home. They made quick work of unboxing and setting up the new TV and got it working with all my devices. They even shut off certain annoying “features” on the TV so everything would function seamlessly. The full motion mount in the bedroom is definitely a more complicated setup but they made quick work of that as well. They secured all wires and even mounted my AppleTV to the back of the TV so it hidden away. The Agents were professional, courteous and personable and I will be requesting them for any future setups that I need. The Totaltech membership is well worth the investment and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases!

The Geek Squad that came to my home to install my tv were professional to the max. Brandon was the main person doing the physical installation. I don't remember the name of the lady that was with him but she did the technical setup. Both of them were very polite, knowledgeable, and answered any question I had. Normally I will set things up myself but I am very glad I had them come do it. They made sure that I knew how to operate the remote and explained the features on it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was a bit worried about how Best Buy would install my tv. But it went great and have had no issues. They were quick and efficient which i appeeciated.

I had my new TV mounted on the wall by the Geek Squad and the two gentleman were very knowledgeable and great to work with. They made sure I was satisfied with the position of the TV and also while discussing the placement I mentioned the only downside were the cables running down the wall. They proceed to tell me that they have a part on the truck that can fix that and installed the wires behind the wall. The customer service was well beyond expectations and would recommend their service to anyone. Very pleased.

I’ve heard of the Geek Squad and what they do for a while now but just recently signed up. My first installation was problem free and have no complaints. They were friendly and professional. They asked me questions before installation to make sure it was where I wanted it. And they showed me how to use my television before leaving.

Dear Best Buy, I just wanted to let you know that the two people that you sent us to hang up our TV’s they hung up two TV’s for us and they did a great job and they were very nice and polite and very informative. Keep the great job going.

OUTSTANDING... My tec showed up in the time frame given to me and even called ahead to alert me to his arrival time. Upon arrival he ask what was my problem and I showed him what was wrong with my new tv and he went right to work. Using the tv remote he went into the various screens and selected one setup area and then into the audio area, he checked out many items and then suggested a power reset for the whole tv. We did the power reset and then I tried to use my head phones again as I had been using them for over 3 weeks before they just quit working and they were back to life... easy fix but not one I knew how to try and my tec showed me just in case I had the same problem again. Boy am I happy with the quick and easy fix. I really love the Geek Squad and will be a member of the squad for many years to come.

Great service, on time and arrived earlier than expected! They were very professional and I highly recommend for future installs. They not only setup the TV, they also make sure its programmed to your liking and answer any questions you have.

We bought a tv and wall mount from BEST Buy. We had it for a while in the box then we called Geek squad to come out and put it up. They did an awesome job of putting everything up where we wanted it. Friendly really nice guys! We have been enjoying everything for a few month now. THANKS!

The agents mounted the TV for my granddaughter and connected it to all her devices. I also purchased the equipment for mounting the TV. They were very professional and polite. I again will be using this service in February for my other granddaughter. Very happy with the Geek Squardservice.

Arrived at scheduled time, took time with wall mount to ensure it was exactly where I wanted it, cleaned up after drilling, took care with mounting and then attached an older sound system, blue-ray, & cable and programmed TV for best picture & sound. Also programmed all devices to be used off of cable remote only.

I cannot say enough about the thoroughness and professionalism of this service -- both of the team and how knowledgeable they were. Perfect.

They did a good job of mounting the 85-inch TV to my wall as well as cleaning up after they were done. I wish they had mounted the TV a little closer to the soundbar, so there isn't a gap where you can see some wires.

We actually had a contractor come (rather than direct Geek Squad employees). The time scheduled was slightly off. Store repeatedly gave me the time "between noon and 4pm", even still repeating it after the end time of 4pm. The contractor called about 5 pm (turns out his afternoon hours always go thru 5pm (not 4 pm), he did arrive before 5:30 and had the installation done within a couple hours. His work was fine, he knew what he was doing, and answered questions for us. My issue is not with him or his work, but with the store on the mis-communication of timing. I was ready and waiting at noon (the beginning of the mentioned time), and 5 hours later, I was still waiting. Need to narrow the time frame to 2-3 hours, and actually have the contractors on the same time basis as the Geed Squad direct employees would be.

The agents installed our TV and connected it to our existing cable box and DVD player. This was a 75 inch TV, and we had them mount it to the wall. They were done pretty quickly. Make sure if you purchase another device at the same time, such as a new soundbar, you need to pay an additional fee to have the new sound bar installed with the TV. I thought I had, but I must have overlooked it at checkout. Geek Squad has aways been very professional, and they take away the empty boxes for you if you want.
