My grandson bought me this TV. All I can say is that I LOVE MY TV! I didn't know how bad my old TV was till I started watching my new TV!

Squad did a great job installing and spent the time prior to talk through placement and optimal positioning. Bummed that they couldn't work cables through the exterior firewall, but overall good.

The person who initially took the order, inaccurately stated I wanted a Television mounted on a wall. I was having problems with my surround sound. The service people were understanding and did a good job hooking my sound system up. After this event, I had to call the Geek Squad again for different problems not related to the first, it was difficult to communicate with them online. I was told on two separate occasions there was a 4-5 hour wait. My problem is still not resolved.
