Ali and his partner mounted my reordered TV quickly and connected and coordinated my remotes so I was good to go right away. Much appreciated his assistance.

I purchased the installation by the Geek Squad. I was told they would hang it, hide the wires and help me program it. They would not do the last 2 - therefore I canceled their service for a refund. Disappointed. They were in communication with us and on time, but not giving what we were told by the salesperson we'd get. I've used them before - but idk about anymore going forward.

The installers did a great job and kept me informed of how they were doing every step of the way. The men were very polite and informative.

The Geek Squad remounted my TV. It was hung offset because of a bookcase to one side. I moved the bookcase and TV wasn’t centered on the wall.

The service providers were pleasant and educated in their field. They wore the necessary face masks as did we. They left our family room tidy, and carted away the TV packaging and our old plasm TV.
