The service was nice to have even though I probably could have done this myself with this TV. But it’s always nice to have the geek squad just in case. We were going to have it mounted to the wall but decided against it.

Excellent communication on the process of installing.

Calculation of my invoice was improper, and the several rewards certifications I had did not all post on the invoice. The manager then had to include a discount override to meet the right cost basis. Furthermore the rewards were not reflected as a lump sum adjustment but rather as a discount to each line item, confusing the issue. My Geek Squad appointment appears to be with Squad members only affiliated with the Magnolia section of the Columbus Ave Store. When I called the general geek squad number they could not adjust my appointment. It remains an open issue.

Had a HDTV installed as a gift. The gift recipient said "Greg did an "awesome job" mounting the TV and running the wiring. He also took the time to review the features of the new TV"
