The service was great once they finally arrived. Original Tech was delayed and missed the 7am to 1pm window. It was about the 3pm when the replacement team arrived.

The agents installed my daughter’s wall mount and made sure her TV and video game console all worked.

Two man crew, very knowledgeable, nice, and professional. They were also able to answer other questions I had about the TV. They did a good job hooking up the TV, DVD, sound bar.

The crew knew what they were doing and they were very professional thought the service!

Geek Squad mounted and installed my tv. They were professional.

Total tech is 100% worth it. Just make sure Geek Squad does your install. The third party installers are not it.
