The agent did install & mount 2 tvs. 1 looks great, 1 is tilted & wall plates left off. We were never told he didn’t have items. Lowes was very helpful in telling us what we needed. This was dangerous with pets to have access to wires. The third tv needed to be anchored to wall. It was above the tv connected to old straps. Looked terrible, He said he’d never done this type of job , but also he didn’t ask.

The Greek Squad that delivered and set up the TV and installed the TV on the wall were excellent. Very professional and friendly. Answered all questions in a way I could understand.

The services needed should not cost more than the product.
