The agent connected the tv and then set up our apps. They explained how to add apps and how to get the most out of our tv.

The team showed up and was courteous and respectful of house. This TV was too heavy for my girlfriend and I to lift. They were able to hide the wires in the wall but left a hole for me to patch. No biggie, expected.
