great to have a professional install my tv, they installed a 65" in minutes, awesome work and they cleaned up all the mess as well

The guys were terrific. Clean, efficient and quiet. Relocated existing bracket and provided new HDMI cables to suit.

The guys came to the house and used my wall mount. They had it up in no time and were very courteous. It looks great. They did it in no time at all

I ordered the tv installation thru mobile app like most people do nowadays. Upon arrival, I was presented with numerous additional charges before install. Summing all up, became very costly! Later finding out the confusion was the disparity between the pc site from the mobile app. Best Buy needs to review their mobile site!!!!!!!!! If weren’t for my immediate need for install, I could have cancelled my order. I gave 3 stars because of the install. Geek squad did the job right. Other than that it falls short due to the shortcomings of the BB app! Improve it usability is at the worst!

Installer was on time and provided excellent service. He installed both TV's and hooked up all the required equipment and instructions on how to operate everything.

The Tech was knowledgeable, very through and explained what she was doing during the entire installation.

The agent arrived promptly and was courteous and knowledgeable. He showed me how to use the equipment and answered my many questions.

Geek squad mounted my tv on my wall very quickly. They were kind and informative. Told me if I need any help with it to call and he would come right away.
