The squad hung the tv above the fireplace in a timely manner with no problems. All connections were done properly and tucked away out of sight.

The Geek Squad mounter my new 75" HDTV, connected all devices, and guided me thru the set up process. They also moved my old HDTV upstairs and set that one up as well. The new HDTV is another issue. On my second TV and the picture quality is terrible. Geek Squad hinted that it was my DISH equipment that was not state of the art. Did make a call to DISH to have them trouble shoot my problem. They said I have the latest Hopper and the settings are all just perfect for this set. Totally disappointed in the Samsung HDTV set this time around.

Mounting went well overall. They carry extra equipment on hand for additional needs for a cost though.

The connection ptocess was very quick and professinal. I was just disappointed that thee dvd player was too old and had no way for it to be connected.

great service, couldn't hardly believe they took down the old tv and installed the new one in about 15 minutes tops!

The person was good they came in and mounted the monitor where I wanted it. With no serious issues, was clean and fast.

The Geek Squad scheduling system for making appointments needs a major overhaul. It was a challenge to find a time that fit, and they had nothing available for at least 5 to 7 days. Most of the time was not convenient for my work schedule, and the 5-hour window they only offer will make you want to hire another company to do the job.

The folks that came out were very polite and did a great job installing my tv. They were promptly on time and gave a call 15 minutes before arrival.
