This service was part of other work but when the techs came we decided not to do it anymore. The cost of the service was promptly credited to my credit card account (within a few days). This is unlike some of the other products which weren't needed. It has been 17 days since they were not needed and taken back by the geek squad techs, yet the status still remains listed as "out for delivery". I've tried twice with Bestbuy reps to get this resolved but nothing yet. last time I was told it takes a while and they couldn't give me an estimation of how long. Absolutely rubbish!

Guys showed up on time, were neat knowledgeable and polite. A great help to a non tech soul like me with their tutorial. Feel like i got my money's worth.
