    Installer was great, did an excellent job. Very happy with placement and secure mounting. My only concern or problem is the additional charge for mounting over my fireplace, extra $100.

    The 2 people who came were terrific. The only problem is that they didn't hook up my dvd player. They cleaned up after themselves.

    They made sure all devices were connected and talking to each other properly before leaving. Cleaned the area and managed cables for a cleaner look

    The techs were efficient and install the washer quickly the only reason it was not a 5 star was the door to the dryer was damaged and it will need to be replaced. Nothing faulting the installers.
