My first experience for TV set up was disappointed. After set up, I did not have knowledge of my new TV, and had to reach out for a second technician. I realized that the 1st technician mounted my TV incorrect, possibly falling over. The 2nd technician saw the issue and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and felt bad he had to fix the 1st technician’s mistake. By the way, it’s a third party and not the geek squad. The 2nd technician set up and help me understand my setup and knowledge of how my TV work.

Techs were great! Explained everything, showed us how it works, didn't make a mess were extremely respectful- Great experience. Will definitely use again.

Solid work for the project. Took a minimal amount of time. They called before they came to install and were punctual.

Mounting for flat screen tv is great, it pivota very well.

Disappointed in how charges were not clearly communicated. I had to move a mount down 2 inches to put my replacement tv up. Geek squad installed the mount 2 years ago, i walked in asking to be moved down specifically said it was over a fireplace, they told me it would be $250, paid for it scheduled the appointment only to be told it would cost a little more because it was over a fire place the day of the install, took technocians 10 min to move the mount down, and they charged me another $130. I was okay with a little bit more but that is half the original cost.

The guys that came were great. Mounted our TV and set up voice assistant on our fire cube. Professional and courteous.
