Not really worth it.....at least from my experienc

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The idea behind paying to have my two 65” TVs mounted for me was to save time and not have to do any of the work. Things didn’t go that way. One tech showed up to mount my TVs. They needed help putting them up because one person can’t realistically put up TVs that large. While the tech was nice and did put the mounts up correctly I was paying to remove the hassle from my life but had to do half the work anyways. Some damage to my drywall from knocking the mount into the wall and over tightening the other caused more of my time to be wasted with the damage claim, setting time aside to have the damage looked at, and now needed a contractor to come fix the issues. Not only that but having to do half the work I paid for isn’t great. When I called to file a complaint about the service I was told that I should have refused the service and rescheduled for another time which would have wasted 2 days instead of just one day because I would need to set aside a Another time for them to come back with the right amount of people to perform what I paid and scheduled already. This service has the opportunity to be wonderful but failed miserably for me, the TVs are mounted well overall but I paid to save the effort and time, had I known I would be paying to still do the work I would have just not scheduled the service. Next time I’m more likely to just find the time to do this myself.

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback, although it certainly does not sound like this was a representation of how the service was intended to be handled. In many cases, our Clients come to us with the same intent, which is simply to save the time and effort of doing the work themselves. Our teams should be prepared to seamlessly complete the assigned tasks without causing further work to be required. I’m sorry to learn you ultimately had to assist with the installation, and that there may have been damage caused during the process.
We are always looking for opportunities to learn and improve, in effort to serve our Clients better. I’m confident that the experience you’ve shared will help us better understand how we can change our behaviors to reflect the outcome we’d want when we are completing these services inside the homes of our Clients.
