TV installer wasn’t told to bring an HDMI cable with him or a TV screen bracket, even though I was on chat with Geek Squad 20 minutes to set up the appointment. Luckily he had used ones in his truck. The installer didn’t cover his shoes or wear a mask. He only cleaned up the dust from drilling holes in the wall when I asked him to do so.

The crew was on time and did a great job. They spent plenty of time answering all the questions we had and even cleaned and threw away all the empty boxes.

The guys who delivers and setup our new TV were great! They took their time to get it just the way we wanted and spent time showing me the TV operation.
