I love Best Buy, they do everything and i cant see my life with out them.

Worst experience ever! Tech called 2 hours after he was supposed to be there and asked if it could be moved to the next day. He was too busy doing unscheduled work for the prior client and injured himself. We agreed on 3:00 the next day but nobody showed up. When I called Best Buy I found out this was a third party contractor that Best Buy uses, nobody told me this when I scheduled the service. Best Buy had not been told the job hadn’t been done, and said they would escalate with the contractor. Two hours later a guy shows up with his adolescent son and told me it would cost another $100 because the tv was going to be mounted over the fireplace, and I could either pay him or reschedule. I told him I wasn’t going to pay him because I was never told about additional charges, and he told me he’d let Best Buy know and they would call me to reschedule. I had also scheduled the install for a ring doorbell and camera so had him install those. Three days later and no call from Best Buy, I called customer service and was told the contractor said the entire job had been completed, including mounting the tv that had not been done! I asked for a refund, and they said they would “give me the benefit of the doubt” because the contractor did not provide any pictures of the tv mount install, while they had of the ring products. I was also told they would send me a gift card for my inconvenience, it took an additional 2 phone calls and several weeks to get that because the order for the gift card was never processed by the person that told me it had been approved and they would submit the order.

THIS IS S SERVICE MANY SHOULD USE TO HAVE ANY BIG STORE ITEM PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED

A little complicated as I have to use 3 remotes, but may be because I have a sound bar.

The team worked fast and they were flexible and able to overcome a technical issue to get my 65” tv mounted in my living room.

Geek agent was able to install two wall mounts and two TVs In less than one hour start to finish. Great job no mess, nice and neat.
