Technician installed a Sony XBR-65X900F (65”) but did not know I had paid to have the wires installed behind the drywall - even though I had paid for premium service. When he arrived he told he did not know I wanted the wires hidden but would do it if I bought a kit. I rushed out to Home Depot to purchase a behind the wall kit on Black Friday then came home - the rest of install went without incident. Today, I took down the Sony TV because the picture was less than stellar and purchased a LG OLED 65” - I might require Best Buy to come back to install this TV but this time all equipment is LG. LG 4K blu-Ray, atmos soundbar, rear speakers and OLED. I was disappointed that I paid for the premium service but the technician had not been informed - he was rushed to complete the job because he was only told he was doing a normal install. I felt a little short changed considering premium entails more than a regular install. TV updates were not completed and remotes were not programmed, if a customer pays for premium service they should receive it not be told by the technician that they didn’t know.

The tech successfully mounted my 65" Smart TV on my new mount and connected it to my AV Receiver.

The agents installed our TV and showed us everything about it.

The guys were very helpful. They new what they were doing remounted my old mount and made it secure. No complaining and got the job done

The Best Buy mount I purchased for this TV could not be installed per the Tech, so the TV was placed on the existing mount that held my 55” tv installed 10 years ago. Would have preferred a new mount for the new TV. I think something should have been deducted the install price.

TechnIcIan arrived on time and we gave him the box with the TV mount. He installed it in less than half an hour, and it looks great.

The geek mounted and connected the TV and showed me how to connect to my hot spot on my phone. Very competent.
