This was about the worst service I've ever gotten from Best Buy. I purchased a new TV (65" LG G3), wall mount, in-wall recessed power kit, and a soundbar. I also decided to put the LG TV where my Sony TV was and move the Sony to another room and have it mounted along with another sound bar. A 3rd party contractor did the work. Two guys were sent out. One was assigned to mount both TVs & one of the soundbars. The other was assigned to do the other soundbar. Besides that, 2 other guys were sent out to move the Sony TV to it's new location. That was a waste of time because the two guys that were here could have moved it. The reasons why I gave them one star (I would have given them 0): (1) they didn't cover furniture where the TV was being mounted and they didn't clean up debris left on the media console, behind the console on the floor and on the mount. I found one scratch on the console. (2) They didn't come with tools - needed to borrow a pencil and broom, and they had to go buy a sheetrock saw. (3) They started cutting the hole for the recessed power outlet in the wrong spot, decided to move the location and applied a gob of putty along the saw line and did not scrape it with a putty knife. (4) I discovered the mistake when I pulled the TV out from the wall. (5) When I pulled out the TV from the wall to clean, they didn't leave any extra cord length so the recessed power box pulled out of the sheetrock on one corner. They also had used a very short screw so I replaced it with a longer one. I also pulled out some extra cord length so you could pull out the mount without tearing out the recessed power outlet. (6) They didn't hide the power chord to the soundbar. All that they had to do was plug it into the recessed power outlet instead of an electrical outlet behind the TV console. I had the TV and soundbar mounted so that no cords would be hanging down the wall. The TV is great. These guys were just not prepared. After this experience I would have to be desperate to have Geek Squad service again. I wish I had taken a picture of the wall with the putty mess on the wall. They also didn't erase any pencil marks.

Calls were made in a timely manner, arrived on time, very nice, did great work. Would use them again with no problem!!

We had to have a second installer come out because the first time round we an outsourced company and they put my tv in the wrong place and made a right mess. So make sure you get the best boy people.
